Although we meticulously craft our pieces for durability, normal wear and tear can occur, and even the toughest items may sustain damage. That’s why we offer a complimentary 6-month warranty on every piece you purchase. Our elastics come with a lifetime warranty, and we make all necessary size adjustments to ensure your optimal comfort. After this period, we also provide a lifetime repair service for a nominal fee, allowing you to enjoy your jewelry time and time again.
Our jewelry can be resized to fit you perfectly because everyone is unique. Since our pieces are made with elastic, we can easily add or remove pearls. You can either visit our store, which also serves as our workshop, or send your item directly to our unique boutique at 1474 Sherbrooke Street West, Montreal, QC H3G 1L3.
Our pieces are designed for everyday wear, which can occasionally result in damage. Whenever possible, we will repair your item and return it to you as good as new. Plus, our elastic come with a lifetime guarantee.
Should your jewelry begin to fade in color over time, we are pleased to offer replating services. Our vermeil pieces are coated with at least 2.5 microns of gold over sterling silver, resulting in a finish that is five times thicker than standard gold plating, providing exceptional durability.

Upon receipt, the person responsible for repairs will contact you in the event that you will be responsible for any costs.
Except for certain products, we do not accept to make changes on the initial design of our models. However, size adjustments can be made.

If you visit us in-store, we’ll be glad to assist you personally and gather all the necessary details. If our workshop has availability and the repair requires restringing, we may even be able to fix it on the spot.
